He was predeceased by: his father Frank Charles Rapp, Jr.; his grandparents, Ann, Frank Rapp, Sr., Delores and John Montgomery; his fathers-in-law, Charles Ward and Wallace Craig; and his pet Rex.

He is survived by: his wife Donna "Near" Rapp; his children, Zach Rapp, Gabrielle, Boone, Weber, Garrett Rapp and Andrew; his sister Amy Staton (Chad); his nieces, Gracie, Maggie and Little Pudges; his mother Edith Montgomery Rapp; his mother-in-law Beverly Craig; his brothers-in-law, Todd Ward (Pam) and Craig Ward; and his pets, Maddie and Marley.
