He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Chuck and Alean Kidwell Howard; his wives, Kathy Harney and Mable Gillespie; his brothers, Gary Howard and Bobby Howard; and his nephew Ricky Marlin Fryman.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce Fryman (Jyon) of Berry, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Misty Howard Howe, Michael Lee Fryman, Angie Wiglesworth, Aileen Spicer, Robbie Howard and Glenda Northcutt.
