He is survived by: his wife Margie; his sons, Terry Lee Howard and William Anthony Howard; his stepdaughter Angela Beaty; his siblings, Rickey Howard (Jody), David Howard (Kelly) and Candace Robin McClanahan; and his sister-in-law Shirley Howard. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
