He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Milner and Pearlie Cloe Milner; and his siblings, Geraldine Milner, Harold Milner, Edward Milner, Geneva Harney, Sylvia Irvin, Ray Milner, Jerry Milner, Randy Milner and Audrey Milner.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Tully Milner; his children, Tammy Traylor (Joe), Rodney Milner (Jeania) and Scotty Milner (Tina); and his grandchildren, Michelle Morgan, Brandon Milner, Amber Snell, Trista James, Rockelle Craycraft, Josh Milner, Andrew Milner, Keela Milner, Austin Milner and Greg Traylor. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
