He is survived by: his sons, Richard Lee Kendall (Angie) of Cynthiana, KY and Gary Thomas Kendall (Tina) of Cynthiana, KY; his grandchildren, Mary Catherine Kendall, Emily Kendall Roberts (Adam), Brandon Kendall (Hayley) and Brooke Kendall Moore (T. J.); his great grandchildren, Blair, Baylor Moore and Asher Kendall; and his sister Madge Myers of Scottsboro, AL.
