He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jr. Courtney and Mildred Adams Courtney; his siblings, Charles Courtney and Pamela Courtney; his father-in-law Melvin Wright; and his brother-in-law Steve Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Wright Courtney; his children, Cameron Courtney (Elizabeth), Nathan Courtney (Mandy) and Hannah Courtney; his grandchildren, Lucy, Walker, Jane, Landon, Lillian, Clara, Cam, Eva and Graham Courtney; his siblings, Kevin Courtney (Veronica) and Kim Bowen (Keith); his mother-in-law Reta Wright; and his siblings-in-law, Andrea Smith (James), Dawn Wood, Lori Burks, Amy Lawson (Roger) and Dane Wright (Amy).
