He is survived by: his wife Jean Reed Gabbard; his daughters, Gail Richmond (Russell) and Jennifer Gabbard; his sister Carolyn Cruse (William); his grandchildren, Shaun Abney, Amanda Collins and Tiffany McCuddy (Chase); his great grandchildren, Macy Foley (Aiden), Makayla Abney, Molly Abney, Morgan Grant, Madison Grant, Harrison McCuddy, Makenna Abney, Makenzie Abney and Harper McCuddy; and his close friends, Danny and Stephanie McGuire. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
