He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Embree, Sr. and Patricia Ann Embree. He is survived by: his children, Faith Amber Hope Foster, William Nathaniel Embree and Aiden Milwee; and his sisters, Patricia Holtz, Tara Shannon, Velma Feldman, Dorothy Simpson and Connie Simpson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
