He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oliver and Nellie Abney Oliver; and his siblings, Opal, Katherine, John, Rondall, Marvin, Charles and James.
He is survived by: his daughter Janie Winkler (George) of Berea, KY; his brothers, Daryl Oliver (Pauline) of Jeffersonville, KY, Cloyd Oliver (Vada) of Richmond, KY and Wallace Oliver of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Derek Winkler (Brooke), Dustin Winkler (Kelcey) and Courtney Winkler White; and his great grandchildren, Caden, Braxton, Karlee, Jaxen, Arionna, Cassidy and Delaney.
