He was predeceased by: his parents, Macie Turner and Chester Turner; and his sisters, Jeanice Cook (Neecie), Carolyn Turner and Helen Minnick.
He is survived by: his children, Regina Conn (Randall), Chris Turner, Sonya Middletown (Jerel), Jeff Turner and Teri Harris; his grandchildren, Mandy Singer, Leah Campbell, Tyler Conn, Sean Lamb, Jonathan Lamb, Austin Teabo, Matthew Turner, Corey Turner, Courtney Turner, Katie Combs, Macey Harris, Nick Middleton (Ericka) and Logan Middleton (Sarah); and his sisters, Mary Sparks, Janet Grismer (Mike) and Sandy Luster (David). He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Red Lick Holiness Church (699 Red Lick Rd, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers contributions suggested to Red Lick Volunteer Fire Department or Red Lick Holiness Church.
