She was predeceased by: her husband Tony J Pennington; her parents, Hazel Blevins and Elias Blevins; and her brother Garland E. Blevins. She is survived by: her sons, Tony Shannon Pennington (Jessica) and Andrea Leahdaphne Angel (Robert); her grandchildren, Tony Chandler, Tristen Chase Pennington and Blake Matthew Angel (Sabrina); her great grandchildren, Caleb Matthew and Mia Marie Angel; and her niece Fonda Gail Burns (Don).
