She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Lee and Pearl Marie Wolford Dick; and her granddaughter Amanda Mapes. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Hurley; her children, Leonard Kevin Hurley, Maria Maynard (Keith Scarberry) and Camilla Brinegar (Shawn); her siblings, Terry Dykstra, Sharon Dotson and Danny Ray Dick; her grandchildren, Robert Michael Mapes Jr. (Mary Young), Lucas Brinegar, Kyah Brinegar, Melayna Lester (Mathew) and Dylan Scarberry; and her great grandchildren, Annabella Smith, Hunter Mapes, Gunner Mapes, Abriana Young, Raylan Mapes, River Mapes, Storm Mapes, Tucker, Hayes and Ellison Lester.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Memorial Park (163 Johnson Cemetery Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
