She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Cummins and Nancy Sowder Cummins; her husband Alfred Cummins; and her siblings, Jean Anderson, Earl Cummins, Kenneth Cummins, Ivan Cummins and Vernon Cummins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Martin (Roy) of Mt. Vernon, Jan Cummins of Mt. Vernon and Kelli Miller (Lionell) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Chelsey Parker, Anderson Miller (Andi) and Alexandra Bishop (Dylan); and her brothers, Bentley Cummins of Kodak, TN and Glen Cummins of Nicholasville.
The family requests donations in her name to: First Baptist Church of Mt. Vernon or to Westside Baptist Church of Berea.
