He was predeceased by: his siblings, Vester Parker, James Parker and Jerry Parker. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Whittemore Parker; his children, Sandy VanWinkle (Joe), Teresa Collins (Gary), Vernon Lee Parker (Rhonda) and Marsha Neeley; his siblings, Harold Parker (Patsy), Steve Parker (Rita), Roger Parker (Dee Dee), Donnie Parker (Sandy), Ronnie Parker and Geraldine Stephens; his grandchildren, Felicia, Ashley, Randy, Rodney, Greg, Eric, Tana, Tara, Aaron, Sabrina, Brandon, Gary Ray and Britney; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Parker, Frances Parker and Rosie Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family requests everyone attending the visitation and funeral wear a face mask and observe social distancing.
