He is survived by: his wife Heather Smith Blackburn; his parents, Sherlena Blackburn and Thomas D Blackburn; his children, Brandy Nicole Blevins (Brandon), Silver Alex Dean Blackburn and Joselyn Renee'Sergent; his sister Shana Napier (James); and his grandchildren, Alexander Blevins and Grayson Blevins.
