He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Kidwell and Jewell Robinson Kidwell; and his wife Deborah Juanita Brown Kidwell. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Scott Kidwell (Renee Tye) of Mount Vernon, KY, Shonda Lea Cope (Will) of Berea, KY and Zachary Gene Himes (Brook Rawlings) of Berea, KY; his stepchildren, Roy Dale Himes, Lonnie Gene Himes, Jr. and Michael Wayne Howard, Jr.; his siblings, Kevin Robinson and Michelle Renee Edester (Robert); and his aunt Betty McGuire. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
