She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Evans of Mount Vernon, KY, Jim Evans (Sandy) of Somerset, KY, Charlie Evans (Delorise) of Berea, KY, David Evans (Dorice) of Richmond, KY and Howard Evans (Kelly) of Berea, KY.; her sister Reda Bohannon of Louisville, KY.; her grandchildren, Michael, Brian, Levi, Austin, Andrew and Cristina Evans; her great grandchildren, Taylor and Catherine Evans; and her great great grandchildren, Asher and Elijah.
