It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Moore Ramsay of Berea, Kentucky, who passed away on June 15, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Moore and Lochiel Riggs Moore. She is survived by: her husband William Romig Ramsay (Bill); and her brothers, Kenneth Moore and Wayne Moore.
