He is survived by: his wife Dora Smith (Jones) of Berea, KY; his children, Melinda Thomas (Greg), Brandy Smith of Berea, KY, Crystal Smith (Chris), Dusty Smith (Misty), Billy Smith of Mt. Vernon, KY and Roscoe Smith; his grandchildren, Michelle and Logan Thomas; his children, Desiree, Dixie, Dalton, Jimmy, Elizabeth Smith, Chelsea, Caleb and Shyann Blevins; his great grandchild Oaklen Reed; and his siblings, Frankie Smith (Shelia), Chuck Smith (Cristy), Melissa Bullock (Tony), April Harrison of Mt. Vernon, KY and Trish Hibbard of Somerset, KY.
