He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Coffey (Nancy) of Berea, KY, Dexter Coffey (Shirley) of Katy, TX, Tammy Whittemore (Kenny), Lora Shouse (Philip) of Berea, KY, Kim Dees (Matt) and Charles Chasteen of Berea, KY; his grandchildren, Dwayne Shouse (Paige), Eric Coffey (Sara), Andrea Coffey, Amanda Coffey, Alyssa Whittamore, Katie Whittamore, Canon Dees, Chase Dees, Casey Dees, Brenna Dees, Reaghan Chasteen, Natasha Byrd and Austin Thomas; his great grandchildren, Harper Byrd, Heidi Byrd and Jackson Shouse; his siblings, Mary Mills, Lucy Gabbert and David Chasteen; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Collett and Harvey Burnell (Linda).
