He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woodall and Frances Burdine Woodall; his son Herbie Woodall; and his siblings, Steve Woodall, Doug Woodall, Donna Clontz, Billie Robinette and Ann Bauer.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Burdine of Mt. Orab, OH; his sister Betty Stacy; his grandson Rick Burnette (Kimberly); and his caregiver Cheryl Pingleton.
