He is survived by: his wife Sammie of Berea; his children, Ashley Rose (Shane) of Crab Orchard, KY, Courtney Napier (Zack) of Crab Orchard, KY and Steven Rector (Bryanna Hensley) of London, KY.; his siblings, Johnny Carpenter of Rockcastle County, Sarah Logue (Larry) of Berea, KY and Jackie Wayne Rector of Berea, KY; and his grandchildren, Jase Brent Napier, Kashton Avery Rose, Cambree Alaina Rose, Parker Tate Napier, Caizleigh Rayne Rose and Ezekiel Ray Hensley. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and friends.
