It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Dale Lamb of Berea, Kentucky, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: Nancy Taylor Tyre. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Gootee Lamb; his children, Jacob Lamb (Jennifer Winburn), McKenzie Doan (Cager), Emily Caudill, Natalie Lamb, Victoria Collins and Arianna Collins; his sister Amanda Hisle (Gary); his grandchildren, Aubree Partin, Ava Ramey and Kysan Lamb; his fiancée Priscilla Collins; his nephews, Samuel Hisle and Johnny Hisle; and also Roy Tyre. He is also survived by numerous relatives, friends.
