She was predeceased by: her father Luther Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Steven R. Hayes; her mother Betty Lamb Hayes; her sons, Andrew Hayes (Patty Joe) of Berea, KY and Luke Hayes (Jennifer) of Mount Vernon; her sisters, Teresa Scenters of Berea, KY, Kathy Cox (Fred) of Berea, KY and Kaye Deaton (Steve) of Berea, KY; and her grandchildren, Aubrey, Ally, Evan and Eli. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
