Moore; her sons, Jeramie Moore and Jason Kenworthy (Jennifer); her grandchildren, David Kenworthy and Austyn Kenworthy; and her siblings, Kelley Hackworth, Charles D. Moore, Jr., Stephanie Brown (Dwight), Bernadette Wolf (Gary), William Edgar Moore (Michelle) and Anthony Scott Moore (Cindy Embs). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
