He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Harold and Alice Schaffer Elam; and his sister Rebecca Elam. He is survived by: his siblings, Myra J. Saylor (Bill) of Richmond, KY and Steven Elam (Sherry) of East Bernstadt, KY; his uncle Ted; and his aunt Rosie Elam (Wayne Stephens) of Berea, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and friends.
