She is survived by: her mother Betty Hurley James of Orlando, KY; her children, Israel Neeley (LaShaela) of Richmond, KY, Crystal Allen (Brian) of Jackson County, KY and Cammie Neeley of Richmond, KY; and her siblings, Eva Mae James of Orlando, KY, William James, Jr. (Tressa) of Orlando, KY, Angela Susan James of Richmond, KY and Nancy Kay James Boykin of Orlando, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
