With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margie Ann Baker of Berea, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Willard J. Baker; her parents, Oscar Gentry and Hallie Stewart Gentry; her son Eric Lyn Baker; her stepmother Opal Smith Gentry; and her brothers, Vanard Gentry, Russell Gentry, Raymond Gentry and Doyle Gentry.
She is survived by: her sons, Wendell Dean Baker (Linda Sue), David Ashley Baker (Janet) and Willard Brent Baker (Angela); her daughter-in-law Karen Baker; her grandchildren, Marlena Baker, Jason Baker, Ashton Isaacs (Aaron), Tonya Baker, Megan Baker, Allen Baker, Gentry Baker, Ethan Baker and Riley Baker; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Hayley and Holden Isaacs; and her sister Alice Faye Lakes (Wayne). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
