He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Gootee Lamb; his children, Dale Lamb (Priscilla Collins) and Amanda Lamb Hisle (Gary); his siblings, Donnie Miller and Dwayne Miller; and his grandchildren, Jacob Lamb, McKenzie Lamb, Emily Caudell, Natalie Lamb, Samuel Hisle, Johnathan Hisle, Victoria Collins and Grace Collins. He is also survived by numerous relatives, friends.
