She is survived by: her children, Anthony Meadows, Jeremy Meadows, Misty Spivey (Jordan) and Christopher Meadows; her siblings, Larry Tiger (Linda) and Dee Dee Conkle (Greg); and her grandchildren, Jackson Meadows, Baylee Spivey, Maycee Spivey and Everley Meadows. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
