She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Glenn Bentley; her parents, Frank Johnson and Mary Ann Johnson; her sons, Timothy Bentley and Ernest "Lego" Bentley; her siblings, Nellie Spencer, Lottie Lane, Edna Neal, Mary Lane, James Sloan, Leroy Sloan, Gene Sloan and Frank Sloan; and her granddaughters, Samantha Soard and Roxanne McWhorter.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Soard (Tim Hamblin), Vickie Webb Brenda (Claude), Michael Bentley (April), Homer "Buddy" Bentley and Anthony Bentley. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
