He is survived by: his wife Margaret Brister; his sister Gloria Taylor of Florida; his daughters, Julie Kaye (Lewis Turpin) of Natchitoches, Margaret Susanne "Susie" (Richard Dorn) of Berea and Nancy Lynne (Gene Danzy) of Naperville; his grandchildren, Dr. Jennifer Danzy Cramer, Nick Danzy and Casey Dorn; and his great grandchildren, Violet Elise and Joy Clover Cramer.
