Vernon and Rebekah Kersey of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Lilah Owens and Cora Owens of Berea; and his aunts and uncles, Sanford Grant of Gastonia, NC, Jerry Grant of Gastonia, NC, Beulah Riddle of Gastonia, NC, Rose Brown (Eddie) of Randleman, NC and Marie Whitfield (Raymond) of Marion, NC. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
