He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Graham and Joyce Graham. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his stepson Dan (Cathy); his stepgrandson Trevor; his siblings, Marc (Barb) and Janelle (Jim); his stepsister Liz Miller; and his nephews, Matthew, Bryan, Allen and David.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to hospice.
