He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac "I. J." Chadwell and Marilyn Chadwell (Ault). He is survived by: his sisters, Alice Chadwell of Freetown and Nancy Borden (Randy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Freetown Church of Christ (7077 IN-135, Freetown, IN 47235). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the Freetown Cemetery Association.
