She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Thomas Smith and Shirley Faye Damrell Lamb. She is survived by: her husband Scott Howard; her children, Daniel Howard and Tiffany Howard; her brothers, Danny Paul Smith and William Rusty Lamb (Teresa); and her friend Tonya Tackett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
