She was predeceased by: her father Edwin; her husband John Michael Botkins; and her sisters, Pearl Bratcher, Helen Burnell, Emma Cochran and Faye Ballinger.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dwayne Botkins and Karen Kearns Fritts (Don); her stepdaughter Janie Winkler (George); and her grandchildren, Justice Botkins, Sara Beth Franz, Derek, Dustin and Courtney Winkler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
