He is survived by: his mother Sabrina Mahaffey (John Malchow) of Berea; and his siblings, Christopher VanWinkle (Brandy Davis), Nathaniel VanWinkle (Bailey Ellis), Chad VanWinkle (Dorothy Abner), Jacob Quintero, Jacqueline VanWinkle and Adrianna Pena.
