She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jack Powell and Kay Powell Johnson. She is survived by: her parents, John and Verene; her husband Jeffrey "Chip" Sowers; her children, William Baker and Megan Willis (Scott); her siblings, Judy Reams (Ronnie Herron) and James Powell (Sarah); and her granddaughter Kaylynne James Farthing. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
