He was predeceased by: his parent Judy Alma Allen (Pinson); his grandparents, Hazel and James Pinson (Pry); his stepfather Robert Allen; and his sister Tammy Marie Florence (Allen).

He is survived by: his parent Judy Alma Pinson; his wife Amy Pinson (Bevins); his children, Chloe and Addison Pinson; his brother John Allen; and his nieces, Jade Florence, Whitney Allen and Tristyn Allen.
