She was predeceased by: her father Cullen Clark; her husband Thomas Diaz; her brother Lonnie Clark; her nephew Charles Hasty; her niece Londa Clark Combs; and her great-nephew Billy Ray Hasty.
She is survived by: her sister Judy Clark Hasty (Rick); and her nieces and nephews, Billy Clark (Connie), James Hasty (Kathy), Angela Clark and Erica Rogers (Philip). She is also survived by her many friends and family.
