He was predeceased by: his parents, Talton Blevins and Carrie Saylor Blevins; his wife Della Lee Blevins; his son Ronald Blevins; and his granddaughter Sheena Damrell.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Damrell (Clarence) and Dwanna Harrison; his siblings, Wanda Neeley, Ron Blevins and James Blevins; and his close friend Jimmy Todd. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives, friends.
