He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Yancy Thacker; and his grandparents, Wanda Jean, Willie Yancy Thacker, Laura Evelyn Hundley and Bee Campbell.
He is survived by: his sons, Derick Thacker (Katie) and Dylan Thacker (Evanna); the mother of his children Angie Abner Thacker; his mother Wanda Carol Klaserner (John D.); his siblings, Jeffery Thacker (Lori), Joey Thacker and Rebecca Michelle Reynolds; and his grandchildren, Adalynn Thacker, Corbin Thacker, Avaleen Thacker, Anarrah Thacker and Aubrey Thacker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
