She was predeceased by: her husbands, Jack Hazelwood, Sr. and Andy Huff; and her siblings, Mafra Crabtree, Franklin Rose, Farris Rose and Darlene Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Hazelwood, Jr. (Sherry), Gary Hazelwood (Debbie), Lori Renner (Dennis) and Steven Hazelwood; and her close friend Rex Layne. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, friends.
