She was predeceased by: her parents, Harm Robert Smallwood and Betty Jean Nicholas; and her nephew Gary Robert Reed. She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Gayle Hunt (Carlton) of Mount Vernon, KY and Krystal Gail Nicholas; her niece Stacy Kelley (Kevin Mink); her nephew Brandon Hatcher; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kennedy Dawn Kelley, Natalie Jean Reed, Elizabeth Gayle Hering, Destiny Brook Eversole, Gary Joshua Reed, Austin James Reed, Preston Chance Kelley and Ody Gene Hatcher; and her uncles, William Smith and Ray Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Davis & Powell Funeral Home (616 Chestnut St, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
