He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stout and Flossie McKeehan Stout; and his brothers, Ronald Stout and Paul William Stout. He is survived by: his wife Paula Roark Stout; his children, Elizabeth Caswell (Trent) and Gary Lee Stout (Michelle); his grandchildren, Austin VanWinkle, Ashley VanWinkle (Bijan), Alydia Caswell, Chelsey Flannery (Justin), Cierra Ramsey (Tanner) and Brandon Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Asher, Aria, Kaylee, Leah, Haley, Harvey, Lucas, Ellie, Harper and Millie; his sister Paula Carolyn Gilliam (Johnny); and his brother-in-law Glenn Roark (Norma).
