She is survived by: her husband Walter Gus Collins; her children, Eugene Collins of Berea, KY, Walter Collins, Jr. of Berea, KY, Kenny Collins of Berea, KY, Patricia Ann Collins of Berea, KY and Gwendolyn Marie Hall of Berea, KY; and her siblings, Charlie Smallwood and Hazel Hamilton.
