He was predeceased by: his sister Lea Cope; and his grandparents, Preston and Henrietta Thacker Gabbard. He is survived by: his wife Tina Cope; his children, Jason Cope, Victoria Cope and Rose Cope; and his siblings, Timothy Anglin, James Cope (Lynn), Sara Cope and Phillip Cope.
