He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Crabtree and Ina Crabtree; his wife Mollie Crabtree; his son Paul Russell Crabtree; and his grandchildren, Stephen and Rachel Crabtree.
He is survived by: his children, Charles (Marilyn Crabtree), Allen Crabtree of Asheville, NC, Cathy (Don Mashburn), Patrick (Kelli Crabtree) and Lisa (Patrick Callahan). He is also survived by 36 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
