She is survived by: her husband Norman "Butch" Dean, Jr.; her daughters, Cindy Davis (Eric), Melinda Barrineau, Joy Dean and Jessica Ward (James); her siblings, Jerry Appleby (Linda), Freddy Appleby, Barney Appleby and Carolyn Chatfield; and her grandchildren, Leon, Cheyenne, Caitlyn, Jaden and Aiden. She is also survived by 2 great-granddaughters; as well as numerous relatives, friends.
